From the North:
- Take the Florida Turnpike south and follow the signs for Homestead and Key West The Florida Turnpike ends at US 1 in Florida City
- Follow US 1 south into the Florida Keys
- Turn left as you enter Key West
- Follow South Roosevelt Blvd which ends at Bertha St.
- Veer right until Flagler Ave and make a left onto Flagler
- Follow Flagler Avenue to Reynolds St. and make a right
- At the next light, which is South St, turn left
- Continue on South St. to the first traffic light
- On the corner of South and Simonton St is (1401 Simonton) Santa Maria Suites
